International Real Estate Exhibition

Dr. Osama Al-Turki, CEO of Al Safaa International Exhibitions & Conferences, announced at a press conference the upcoming International Real Estate Expo to be held in Cairo from August 7 to 11.

Dr. Al-Turki emphasized the importance of unifying the Arab market to face global economic blocs and enhance trade exchange between Arab countries, noting that exhibitions are the ideal platform for Arab investors seeking to enter joint real estate projects.

Exhibition Objectives

• Introduce real estate investments and their requirements
• Educate individuals on investment opportunities, highlighting Lebanon and Egypt as key employment centers
• Increase intra-Arab trade, currently below 6%, through active participation in exhibitions
• Repatriate Arab capital and invest it in development and construction sectors
• Facilitate trade exchange and promote the importance of customs exemptions
• Strengthen Arab trade through the participation of Arab businessmen and investors

Future Plans

• Organize a similar exhibition in Lebanon next year
