On Friday, April 10, 2025, the city of Nador hosted the activities of the Regional Handicrafts Exhibition, organized by the Chamber of Handicrafts of the Oriental Region, in partnership with several institutional stakeholders.
The exhibition aims to support artisans, promote local and national traditional products, and create a space for the exchange of experiences and expertise among participants from different regions of the Kingdom.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated by the Pasha of Nador City, alongside the President of the Chamber of Handicrafts of the Oriental Region, his deputies, members of the Chamber, and the Exhibition Organizing Committee.
The event also witnessed a strong presence of directors of external public services, in addition to a large turnout of exhibitors, citizens, and visitors eager to discover the richness and diversity of Moroccan traditional craftsmanship.
In a special statement, Mr. Mohamed El Kadouri, President of the Chamber of Handicrafts of the Oriental Region, emphasized that organizing this exhibition for the first time in Nador represents a real achievement for the region and a valuable opportunity for artisans to showcase and market their products.
He added:
“We are keen to provide the best organizational conditions, and we relied on a transparent lottery system to allocate exhibition stands, in full respect of the principle of equal opportunity.”
The exhibition tent received high praise from both visitors and exhibitors, as it met the required standards in terms of organization and service quality.
The entity responsible for setting up the tent demonstrated a high level of professionalism, particularly in logistics and overall space preparation, which played a key role in ensuring the success of this event.
