Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Pavilion – Cairo International Fair 1999

Supervision & Patronage:

Based on the Royal Decree issued by His Majesty King Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud regarding Saudi Arabia’s participation in the Cairo International Fair, the organizing company was entrusted with the full supervision, organization, and implementation of the Saudi Pavilion, under the patronage of His Excellency Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

Oversight & Execution

• The pavilion was executed under the supervision of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce, represented by H.E. Minister Mr. Osama Faqih, who personally attended with the accompanying official delegation.
• Several national Saudi factories participated, showcasing products that impressed visitors with their remarkable development and high quality, reflecting the advancement of Saudi industry.

Visits & Participation

• The Saudi Pavilion received extensive visits from ministers and heads of official delegations attending the fair
• The event hosted participation from over eighty countries, marking it as the largest economic and trade event of its kind in Egypt at the time

Outcomes & Recognition

• The pavilion’s exemplary organization and precise execution contributed to its distinguished presentation
• The organizing company was awarded the Trophy of His Excellency the Egyptian President in recognition of its excellence in organization, presented by H.E. Dr. Ahmed El-Ruweily, Egyptian Minister of Trade and Supply
